BayCom director resigns with no disagreement cited

Syvia L. Magid has resigned from the boards of directors of BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) and its subsidiary, United Business Bank, effective July 22, 2026.

Magid notified the boards of her decision on July 21, 2026. According to a press release statement from the company, her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the boards or management of either the company or the bank.
