Banco Itaú Chile announces two board director resignations and replacements

Banco Itaú Chile (SSE: ITAUCL) announced changes to its Board of Directors, according to a Material Event Notice filed with the Chilean Commission for the Financial Market.

At an ordinary board meeting held July 29, 2026, the board accepted the resignation of independent director Gustavo Ortiz Ramírez and director Diego Fresco Gutiérrez.

Karen Ergas Segal and Mauricio Baeza Letelier were appointed as their respective replacements, effective October 26, 2026. Both will serve until the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, at which definitive appointments will be made.
