BNBX director Elizabeth Schmalz Shaheen resigns from BNB Plus board

BNB Plus Corp. (NASDAQ: BNBX) announced that director Elizabeth M. Schmalz Shaheen resigned from the company's board effective January 15, 2026.

The company stated that Schmalz Shaheen's resignation was not due to any disagreement with BNB Plus regarding the company's operations, policies or practices.
