Arc Mineral Royalties adds two directors, two others step down

Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd. (TSXV: ARO) announced changes to its board of directors, effective September 14, 2026, including two new appointments and two departures.
Gregory Honig has been appointed to the board. He has more than 20 years of experience in international mining, including roles at Sherritt International, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer, and Resource Capital Funds, where he held positions including Director of Canada and Investment Committee member. He also previously worked at Xstrata Nickel and Orion Securities.
Chief Executive Officer Adam Davidson will also join the board while continuing in his executive role. Davidson previously founded Trident Royalties and led the company through its acquisition by Deterra Royalties in 2024, after which he served as Deterra's Head of Americas.
Robin Dow and Larry Segerstrom stepped down as directors on the same date. The company acknowledged their contributions during its relisting process and transition to a mineral royalty company.
Arc Mineral Royalties describes itself as a mining royalty and streaming company. Its primary asset is a 1% net smelter return royalty over the Mt Henry Gold Project in Western Australia, with an option to acquire an additional 1% royalty.
