Analog Devices (ADI) Announces Resignation of Laurie Glimcher from Board

On May 21, 2025, Dr. Laurie Glimcher informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) that she had decided to retire from the Board, effective immediately. Dr. Glimcher’s decision to retire did not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. In connection with Dr. Glimcher’s retirement, on May 21, 2025 the Board reduced the size of the Board to ten members.
