Analog Devices (ADI) Announces Resignation of James Champy from Board

On January 9, 2025, James Champy informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) that he had decided to retire from the Board and not to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of shareholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”) to be held on March 12, 2025. Mr. Champy’s decision not to stand for re-election did not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Champy will continue to serve as a director and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee until the 2025 Annual Meeting.
