American Tower elects new board member, declares $1.79 dividend

American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) has elected Kristen M. Ludgate to its board of directors and declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.79 per share on its common stock, according to a company statement.



Ludgate most recently served as Chief People Officer of HP Inc. from 2021 to 2025. Before that, she spent over 15 years at 3M Company, where she held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Senior Vice President of Communications and Enterprise Services, along with executive roles in Legal, Compliance and Human Resources.



She currently serves on the board of directors of Associated Banc-Corp, where she chairs the Compensation and Benefits committee, and previously served on the board of OpenText Corporation.



Steve Vondran, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Tower, said: "Kristen's decades of experience advising global organizations on governance, strategy, talent and transformation, combined with her extensive public company board experience, make her a strong fit with our Core Principles."



The quarterly distribution of $1.79 per share is payable on October 20, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2026.
