Altria adds Refresco CEO Steve Presley to its board

Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO) said Steve Presley joined its board of directors on August 27, 2026.

Presley is currently chief executive officer of Refresco Benelux B.V., a global independent beverage solutions provider, a role he has held since August 2025. Before that, he served as executive vice president and chief executive officer Zone Americas at Nestlé S.A. from October 2024 to April 2025, and as executive vice president and chief executive officer Zone North America at Nestlé S.A. from January 2021 to October 2024.

Presley joined Nestlé USA in 1997 and held several senior positions there, including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, and chief transformation officer.

He will serve on the board's Compensation and Talent Development, Innovation, and Finance Committees.
