August 19, 2026 2:30 PM EDT

Alpha Compute Corp. (Nasdaq: ALP) has appointed Mike Huskins to its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective immediately, according to a press release. Huskins will also serve on the company's Audit Committee.

Huskins spent eight years at Twilio Inc. (NYSE: TWLO), serving as Head of Product Operations from 2014 to 2022, a period that included Twilio's 2016 Nasdaq IPO. He is currently co-founder and Chief Legal Officer of Nikkl, Inc., a fintech company. Earlier in his career, he was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company and an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

His appointment brings Alpha Compute's board to five directors, with Huskins becoming the third independent member alongside Michael Terpin and F. Daniel Siciliano. The Audit Committee, chaired by Siciliano, now has three independent members.

"Mike has guided an organization along this precise trajectory, helping steer it to market leadership throughout his time there," said Brittany Kaiser, Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Compute. "Independent directors who possess fluent expertise across both operational execution and audit committee oversight are exceptional, and Mike represents that rare combination."

"Appointing a third independent director represents a purposeful step in governance rather than a symbolic gesture," said Enzo Villani, Executive Chairman and President of Alpha Compute.

Alpha Compute, domiciled in the British Virgin Islands with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Amsterdam, and Toronto, describes itself as a GPU infrastructure and confidential-compute technology company. The company has cited a global infrastructure sales pipeline it characterizes as exceeding $1.5 billion.
