Allurion Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ALUR) announced that board member Milena Alberti-Perez resigned from her position as a Class III director effective September 30, 2025.
Alberti-Perez also stepped down from her role as chairperson of the company's Audit Committee. The medical technology company stated that her resignation was not due to any disagreement with management, the board, or matters related to the company's operations, policies or practices.
The information was disclosed in a company statement regarding the board changes.
