Allstate Corp. (NYSE: ALL) announced that Gregg M. Sherrill will retire from the company's board of directors effective November 21, 2025. Sherrill has served as a board member since 2017 and as Lead Director since 2021.
Richard T. Hume will assume the role of Lead Director on the same date. Hume has been a member of Allstate's board since 2020.
The company stated that Sherrill's retirement did not involve any disagreement with Allstate.
