On December 30, 2024, due to health reasons, Dr. Richard West submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Alexanders (NYSE: ALX), including from his role as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board (the “Audit Committee”) and Chair of the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”), effective as of January 1, 2025.
