Airgain adds former Amphenol executive Stephan Memmen to board

Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG) has appointed Stephan Memmen to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026, according to a press release from the San Diego-based wireless connectivity company.
Memmen brings more than 30 years of experience in the wireless, antenna and electronic components industries. He previously held senior roles at Amphenol Corporation, including Corporate Officer and Vice President within its Mobile Consumer Products Group. He also served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Flexstar Technology, and later as Vice President of Strategy at Pulse Electronics. Earlier in his career, he owned and led T&M Antennas.
Memmen is currently a strategic investor in the wireless and magnetics industries.
James K. Sims, Chairman of the Board of Airgain, said in the statement: "He has built and led businesses across the antenna, wireless and electronic components markets and brings extensive experience navigating periods of growth and transformation."
Airgain also noted it has added Frank Jules and Jim Bugel as strategic advisors to support engagement across carrier, enterprise, public safety and fleet markets.
