Agereh Technologies appoints James Plumptre to board of directors

Agereh Technologies Inc. (TSXV: AUTO) (OTCQB: CRBAF) announced the appointment of James W. Plumptre to its board of directors, effective immediately.



Plumptre brings more than 30 years of experience in technology leadership roles. He previously served as VP of Information Services at Superior Propane Ltd., a subsidiary of Superior Plus Corporation, and as CIO at Flint Energy Services Ltd., a construction and production service provider to energy industries operating in more than 60 North American locations.



Earlier in his career, Plumptre held positions at CGI's delivery center in Halifax, where he oversaw the insurance vertical with profit and loss accountability for international delivery consultancies. He also worked in senior roles at Accenture, Servus Credit Union, Manulife Financial, Maritime Life Assurance Company, Nortel Networks, and the Communications Security Establishment.



His experience spans multiple industries including oil and gas services, insurance, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, and government. Plumptre served as a senior diplomat at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, and participated in a management exchange program with Newbridge Networks Corporation.



Plumptre holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of Manitoba.
