Agereh Technologies appoints Amlani to board, hires marketing firms

Agereh Technologies Inc. (TSXV:AUTO)(OTCQB: CRBAF) announced the appointment of Rosemin Amlani to its board of directors and entered into marketing agreements with two firms.



Amlani brings over 20 years of experience in government commercialization, economic development, and private-sector accounting. During her tenure with the Government of Canada, she analyzed business cases for innovation funding and oversaw support through Western Economic Diversification, contributing to more than $200 million in Alberta-focused economic diversification investments.



In 2005, Amlani participated in creating ACAMP, where she helped secure grant funding and development resources for Alberta technology companies. She holds a Certified Management Accountant designation.



The Edmonton-based AI technology company engaged Think Ink Marketing Data and Email Services Inc. of Santa Ana, California, for digital marketing services. The six-month agreement has a budget of up to $150,000, payable in monthly installments of at least $15,000. The contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.



Agereh also contracted 2855322 Ontario Inc., operating as Guerilla Capital of Dundas, Ontario, for investor outreach and capital markets consulting services. This six-month agreement is budgeted at up to CAD $90,000, payable in equal monthly installments of CAD $15,000. The company can terminate this agreement with two weeks' written notice.



Both marketing firms operate at arm's length from Agereh and will receive cash compensation only, with no securities involved.



Agereh develops AI technology platforms for the transportation industry, with its first application using artificial intelligence to predict financing scenarios for consumers while maintaining anonymity.
