Affirm Holdings (AFRM) Announces Board Changes

On June 9, 2025, Keith Rabois, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Affirm Holdings (NASDAQ: AFRM), resigned as a member of the Board, effective June 30, 2025. Mr. Rabois informed the Company that his decision to resign was not made because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

On June 11, 2025, the Board appointed Richard Galanti to the Board as a Class II director, effective July 1, 2025. In addition, Mr. Galanti was appointed as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board.
