Aebi Schmidt Group shareholders approve dividend, elect new board chair

Aebi Schmidt Holding AG (NASDAQ: AEBI) shareholders approved all proposals at the company's annual general meeting, including the election of Barend Fruithof as chair of the board of directors, according to a company statement.
Fruithof, who currently serves as group CEO of the Switzerland-based specialty vehicles company, was previously vice chair of the board. Shareholders also elected all other board members standing for re-election.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share following the meeting. The dividend is payable on June 25, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2026.
Shareholders approved an annual dividend of up to $0.10 per share, which the board expects to pay in four quarterly installments of $0.025 each. Under Swiss law, the dividend represents a return of capital paid from reserves from capital contributions and is tax-free for Swiss shareholders.
Aebi Schmidt Group operates production facilities and service centers across Europe and North America, employing approximately 6,000 people. The company is headquartered in Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
