AIML appoints cardiac electrophysiology expert to medical advisory board

AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML) announced the appointment of Dr. Martin Green to its Medical Advisory Board, effective April 27, 2026. The company also granted 4 million stock options to employees at $0.10 per share, exercisable for five years.

Dr. Green is Professor Emeritus at the University of Ottawa and recently retired as Cardiologist and Cardiac Electrophysiologist at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. He established the institute's Arrhythmia Service in 1983 and served as Director of the EP Fellowship Program from 1983-2017.

The appointment was made at the invitation of Dr. Paul Dorian, AIML's Medical Innovation Architect and Chair of the Medical Advisory Board. The two physicians have collaborated for more than 30 years on various Canadian cardiac research initiatives.

"Martin Green is one of the people who built modern cardiac electrophysiology in Canada," said Dr. Dorian. "He has spent forty-five years reading electrocardiograms and Holter recordings at a level very few physicians anywhere have matched."

Dr. Green received his medical degree from the University of Toronto in 1975 and completed a Research Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology under Professor Hein J.J. Wellens at the University of Limburg in the Netherlands. He has authored or co-authored more than 230 peer-reviewed publications.

"AIML is approaching ECG signal processing with the rigor that the underlying physiology requires," Dr. Green said regarding his appointment.

AIML established its Medical Advisory Board in May 2025 to guide clinical studies and regulatory strategy for the company's AI-driven ECG signal-processing platforms. With Dr. Green's addition, the board now extends across three of Canada's principal cardiac centers.
