374Water appoints Stephen McKnight to board of directors

374Water Inc. (NASDAQ: SCWO) announced the appointment of Stephen H. McKnight to its board of directors, effective immediately.
McKnight is a principal of Pitt Southwest Investors, a private real estate and development company he co-founded in 1989. He previously spent 14 years with Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, holding senior roles in the commercial real estate department. During his real estate career, his firms have acquired and syndicated properties totaling more than 2.5 million square feet across apartment, office, condominium, and land investments.
McKnight has served on the boards of St. Margaret Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Advisory Board of Wilmington Trust FSB, and as director of Wilmington Trust Company's federal savings bank subsidiary. He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

374Water develops supercritical water oxidation technology for organic waste destruction and provides waste treatment solutions to industrial, municipal, and federal markets.
