French healthcare company emeis (Euronext Paris: EMEIS) announced board director nominations for approval at its June 23, 2026 general meeting, according to a company statement.

The board will propose renewing Laurent Guillot's term as director and reappointing him as Chief Executive Officer. Guillot has led the company through what emeis describes as a refoundation period.

Guillaume Pepy, who has served as Chairman of the Board since July 2022, will not seek renewal of his term. The board will propose appointing Olivier Dussopt as both director and Chairman of the Board, subject to shareholder approval.

Dussopt previously served as a Member of Parliament for Ardèche and Mayor of Annonay. Between 2017 and 2024, he held ministerial positions including Civil Service, Public Accounts, and Labour. He currently works as a consultant and serves as a director of La Poste Group, CDC Habitat and COMET.

The board also proposed renewing the terms of three other directors: Audrey Girard, representing Caisse des Dépôts; Stéphane Dessirier of MACSF Epargne Retraite; and Frédérique Mozziconacci, proposed by MAIF.

If approved, the nominations will take effect following the Annual General Meeting for four-year terms.

Emeis operates healthcare facilities across approximately 20 countries, employing nearly 83,500 professionals. The company serves about 280,000 residents, patients and service users annually through psychiatric clinics, medical and rehabilitation facilities, care homes, home care services, and assisted living facilities.

The company is 50.3% owned by Caisse des Dépôts, CNP Assurances, MAIF and MACSF Epargne Retraite, and is included in the SBF 120, CAC Mid 60 and CAC All-Tradable indices.
