byNordic Acquisition Corporation deposited $17,470 into its trust account to extend the deadline for completing a business combination by one month, from February 12, 2026 to March 12, 2026.
The special purpose acquisition company announced the extension represents the seventh of up to twelve one-month extensions permitted under an August 8, 2025 amendment to the company's certificate of incorporation. The information is based on a company press release statement.
