Zillow launches Pro suite to integrate agent tools and data

Zillow Group Inc. (NASDAQ: Z and ZG) announced Zillow Pro, a product suite that combines Follow Up Boss, My Agent and Agent Profiles into an integrated platform for real estate agents. The company plans to launch the service nationally in 2026.

The product suite integrates Zillow's customer relationship management tool Follow Up Boss with enhanced agent profile features and expanded My Agent capabilities. Agents can invite contacts from Follow Up Boss into My Agent relationships, allowing them to see real-time consumer search activity on Zillow's platform.

Key features include premium agent profiles with photo slideshows and video content, persistent agent branding across Zillow listings and emails, and artificial intelligence-powered alerts when contacts show signs of readiness to buy or sell. The system provides agents with insights into what their connected contacts are viewing and searching for on the platform.

"We're building game-changing technology that enhances the essential relationship between agents and their clients — giving professionals the insights, tools and visibility they need to grow their business in today's market," said Jun Choo, Zillow's chief operating officer.

Zillow Pro will serve as the primary qualification path for Zillow Preferred, the company's performance-based partner program. All Zillow Preferred partner agents will receive Zillow Pro access at no additional cost through 2026.

The company will open an early-access interest list for agents attending its Unlock conference in Las Vegas from November 3-5. Initial market launches begin in early 2026, with nationwide availability targeted for mid-year, according to the company's press release.
