Yorkville International Capital Corp. priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $200,000,000, according to a press release statement.

The units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "YICCU" on June 16, 2026, with the offering expected to close on June 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The underwriter has been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 units to cover over-allotments. Cohen & Company Capital Markets is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.

Yorkville International Capital is a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, formed for the purpose of completing a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination. The company states it intends to focus its search on businesses in emerging markets, with an emphasis on Latin America and Venezuela. No specific business combination target has been selected.

A registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission was declared effective on June 15, 2026.
