Xtreme One Entertainment Inc. (OTCID: XONI) announced the appointment of Robbie "Ruthless" Lawler, a UFC Hall of Famer and former UFC Welterweight Champion, to its board of directors.

Lawler brings over 20 years of professional mixed martial arts experience, having competed in UFC, Strikeforce, and EliteXC. He captured the UFC Welterweight Championship in 2014 and was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame before retiring in 2023.

"Robbie represents the gold standard of toughness, professionalism, and authenticity in MMA," said Chris Defendis, president of Xtreme One Entertainment. The appointment adds to Xtreme One's board, which includes WWE performer Ettore "Big E" Ewen, Fox Sports broadcaster Jenny Taft, and executives with experience in media, sponsorships, finance, and marketing.

"I've spent my career around organizations that succeed because they're built with discipline and purpose," Lawler said. "Xtreme One and XFC have a clear vision for athlete development and the future of MMA. I'm proud to contribute at the board level and help shape what comes next."

Xtreme One Entertainment is the parent company of Xtreme Fighting Championships, which has produced over 60 professional MMA events across the United States and Latin America since 2006. The company acquired XFC in 2023 and has since produced 13 nationally televised MMA events. The company is currently conducting a Regulation Crowdfunding offering.
