Wolters Kluwer names Rocco Impreveduto to lead unified tax software unit

Wolters Kluwer (EURONEXT: WKL) appointed Rocco Impreveduto as Vice President and Segment Leader for Tax and Accounting Performance, effective September 2, according to a company press release.



The appointment combines the company's U.S. Tax Preparation and Canadian software portfolios under unified leadership. Impreveduto will oversee strategic direction, financial performance, and market expansion of the Tax and Accounting Performance segment.



Impreveduto joined Wolters Kluwer in 2017 as Vice President of Marketing and previously managed the Transactional, Retirement, and eCommerce portfolio. He most recently served as Vice President and General Manager for Regulatory and Compliance Solutions within Legal and Regulatory U.S.



"His deep understanding of customer needs, proven leadership, and track record of driving transformation make him the ideal leader to scale our growth and elevate the customer experience," said Jason Marx, CEO of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting.



The executive brings over 20 years of experience across media, digital, and software industries. In his previous role at Wolters Kluwer, he led data-driven transformation initiatives and introduced segment-based commercial strategies.



Impreveduto will be based in the company's New York office and will focus on AI-driven software innovation and go-to-market strategy development for the segment's platforms in the U.S. and Canada.



Wolters Kluwer reported annual revenues of €5.9 billion in 2024 and employs approximately 21,600 people worldwide across operations in over 40 countries.
