Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT) and Harness announced a strategic collaboration to help enterprises accelerate AI-native software delivery with enhanced speed, reliability, and governance, according to a press release issued March 17, 2026.
The partnership combines Wipro's agent-native delivery platform WEGA with Harness' AI Software Delivery Platform. WEGA is part of the Wipro Intelligence suite of AI-powered platforms and solutions.
"We are rapidly evolving WEGA, our agent-native delivery platform, to help clients realize value faster, build smarter systems, and scale AI with confidence," said Srini Pallia, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Wipro Limited. "Together with Harness, we are establishing a proven blueprint for AI-native software delivery."
The collaboration aims to help organizations modernize software development, automate releases, reduce deployment risk, and accelerate innovation. The Harness platform provides delivery intelligence, automation, and governance for build, test, deploy, release, feature management, cloud cost optimization, and incident response processes.
Jyoti Bansal, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Harness, stated that enterprises face what the company calls the "AI Velocity Paradox," where AI increases innovation speed while making post-code processes harder to manage.
San Francisco-based Harness is backed by Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, and Citi Ventures. The company's platform is used by United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels.
Wipro Limited trades on NYSE under WIT, BSE under 507685, and NSE under WIPRO. The company has over 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries.
