Vuori adds former Nike executive Andrew Campion to board

Vuori appointed Andrew Campion to its board of directors and audit committee, the performance apparel company announced. Campion spent over 17 years in executive leadership roles at Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE), including positions as chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and head of global strategy.



Before joining Nike, Campion served as senior vice president of corporate development at The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS). He currently serves as chairman and CEO of Unrivaled Sports, a youth sports portfolio company.



"Vuori brings a new and truly unique perspective to performance and lifestyle apparel for both men and women —with a game-changing combination of product innovation, authenticity, and purpose," Campion stated in the announcement.



Campion sits on the boards of Starbucks Coffee Company (NASDAQ: SBUX), Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM), the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the UCLA Anderson School of Management.



Founded in 2015 in Encinitas, California, Vuori recently surpassed 100 retail locations. The company plans to continue expanding its U.S. store network annually and expects to add international locations by the end of 2026. The brand recently opened flagship stores in London and Shanghai, with stores planned for Seoul and Beijing by the end of 2025.



Joe Kudla founded and serves as CEO of Vuori, which operates stores across more than 18 countries and sells through retail partners and its website, according to the company statement.
