Vision Lithium sets 15-to-1 share consolidation effective Sept. 28

Vision Lithium Inc. (TSXV: VLI) (OTCQB: ABEPF) announced that its common shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis on the TSX Venture Exchange on September 28, 2026, at a ratio of 15 pre-consolidation shares for every one post-consolidation share.



The company currently has 293,019,151 shares issued and outstanding. Following the consolidation, that number will be reduced to approximately 19,534,610 shares. The company's name and stock symbol will remain unchanged.



The company's new CUSIP number will be 92837C208 and the new ISIN will be CA92837C2085. Outstanding incentive stock options, warrants, and convertible securities will be adjusted on the same 15-to-1 basis, with proportionate adjustments to exercise prices.



No fractional shares will be issued. Any fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole share.



Shareholders holding shares through a broker or other intermediary will have their positions adjusted automatically. Registered shareholders holding share certificates will be required to submit their certificates along with a completed letter of transmittal to the company's transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc.



The consolidation was approved by shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on January 30, 2026. Articles of amendment were filed, with a certificate of amendment expected to take effect September 23, 2026.
