Veracyte Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, July 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Veracyte Inc. (NASD: VCYT) will replace Triumph Group Inc. (NYSE: TGI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday, July 29. Warburg Pincus LLC and Berkshire Partners LLC will acquire Triumph Group in a deal expected to close soon, pending final closing conditions.
