Vallourec announced the appointment of Nathalie Delbreuve as chief financial officer, effective December 1, 2025. She will also join the company's executive committee.

Delbreuve previously served as chief financial officer at Verallia, described as the European leader and world's third-largest producer of glass packaging for beverages and food products. She will replace Sascha Bibert, who will leave the company in December following a transition period to pursue a new opportunity.

"I am delighted to welcome Nathalie Delbreuve to our Executive Committee," said Philippe Guillemot, chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Vallourec. "Her strong expertise and in-depth knowledge of all Finance functions required in an industrial and global business environment are essential assets that will contribute to Vallourec's future development."

Delbreuve began her career in 1996 at audit firm PwC in the Netherlands and Lyon. She joined the Norbert Dentressangle group in 2003, becoming finance controller and executive committee member of the transport division. In 2010, she moved to Plastic Omnium as director of group consolidation and management control, later serving as chief financial officer Europe for the Intelligent Exterior Systems division in 2015.

She joined Verallia Group in 2020 following its initial public offering and was appointed group CFO and executive committee member. Since 2022, she has served as a board member and chairman of the audit committee at Beijer Ref Group (NASDAQ Stockholm). Delbreuve holds a master's degree in finance from ESCP Europe.

Vallourec trades on Euronext Paris (EURONEXT: VK) and is part of the CAC Mid 60, SBF 120 and Next 150 indices.
