United Community Banks, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

GREENVILLE, S.C., Aug. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Community Banks, Inc. (NYSE: UCB) (the “Company”) reported that its Board of Directors approved a 4% increase in the quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock, raising the dividend to $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on October 5, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026.
