The company also announced that Yassine Saidi will transition to a Senior Advisor role focused on design expression and creative continuity. Saidi joined Under Armour in 2024 and has worked on evolving the brand's design language and performance expression across products and platforms.
"Our transformation is gaining momentum as we take deliberate actions to sharpen our focus, strengthen our operational rigor, and elevate how we serve athletes," said Kevin Plank, Under Armour President and Chief Executive Officer.
The Baltimore-based company stated these moves are part of its transformation strategy to drive sustainable growth and improved financial performance through a unified operating model that aligns product, brand, and go-to-market leadership.
