UNISYNC appoints Ron Miller to board and audit committee chair

UNISYNC Corp. (TSX: UNI) (OTC: USYNF) appointed Ron Miller to its board of directors effective August 1, 2025, according to a company statement. Miller will serve as audit committee chair.



Miller brings 35 years of experience in public company auditing, governance, and financial leadership. He previously worked as a partner at MNP LLP, one of Canada's accounting and consulting firms, where he advised public and private companies on audit, assurance, and regulatory compliance.



At MNP LLP, Miller held senior leadership positions including office managing partner in British Columbia and national mining niche leader. His experience includes TSX/TSXV reporting, IFRS, and corporate governance.

UNISYNC operates through two business units: Unisync Group Limited with operations in Canada and the United States, and Peerless Garments LP, a 92% owned manufacturing operation in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The company provides corporate apparel and produces protective garments and military clothing for government departments and agencies.
