October 30, 2025 9:46 AM EDT

Tubi Media Group, a division of Fox Corporation (NASDAQ: FOXA), announced a multi-year partnership with Audiochuck for exclusive distribution and advertising sales rights to the media company's podcasts, according to a press release statement.

The agreement covers Audiochuck's shows including "Crime Junkie," "The Deck," "So Supernatural," "Dark Downeast," and "Park Predators." The deal includes development of a "Crime Junkie" FAST Channel for distribution across Fox's streaming platforms Tubi and FOX One, plus third-party platforms.

Audiochuck, founded by Ashley Flowers in 2017, produces more than 20 shows across major podcast platforms. Podscribe ranked "Crime Junkie" as the number one podcast in audio reach among all genres, with over 10 million monthly listeners nationwide.

"This first of its kind partnership represents the next evolution of what independent media can achieve," said Flowers, founder and chief creative officer of Audiochuck. "By joining forces with Tubi, we're not just expanding our reach — we're redefining how true crime stories are experienced across audio and video."

Paul Cheesbrough, CEO of Tubi Media Group, said the company was "thrilled to be in partnership with Audiochuck, bringing to bear our platforms and commercial expertise in the continued evolution and growth of the business."

Red Seat Ventures will handle ad sales across Audiochuck's programs and podcasts as part of the arrangement. The "Crime Junkie" brand employs more than 20 full-time writers, fact-checkers, researchers, and editors.

Since Audiochuck's launch, the company has donated more than $8.5 million to local communities and organizations serving crime victims, with six cold cases solved through community support, according to the release.
