Trulieve appoints Matthew Foulston to board and Jan Reese as CFO
Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (CSE: TRUL) (OTCQX: TCNNF) announced the appointment of Matthew Foulston to its board of directors and Jan Reese as chief financial officer, according to a company statement.
Foulston brings experience as a former chief financial officer at three publicly listed companies: Covetrus Inc., TreeHouse Foods Inc., and Compass Minerals International Inc. He also served as an independent director and chair of audit and compensation committees at Hyzon Motors Inc.
Reese will assume the CFO role on September 8, 2025. He has over 20 years of finance leadership experience across public and private equity-backed companies. His previous CFO positions include Vimergy LLC, AVI-SPL LLC, Tech Data Americas, and Motorsport Network Media LLC. He also held senior finance roles at Delphi Automotive and Walmart International.
The company thanked Ryan Blust for serving as interim chief financial officer. Blust will return to his position as vice president of finance once Reese begins his role.

Trulieve operates as a vertically integrated cannabis company with market positions in Arizona, Florida, and Pennsylvania. The company trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol TRUL and on the OTCQX market under TCNNF.
