TransAct Technologies names Dana Loof as chief marketing officer

TransAct Technologies Incorporated (NASDAQ: TACT) appointed Dana Loof as chief marketing officer, the company announced. Loof will lead the global marketing organization with responsibilities for brand leadership, go-to-market execution, and technology portfolio adoption.
Loof brings 30 years of experience leading technology companies, with expertise in global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue generation. She will define TransAct's global marketing strategy and drive demand across the company's core markets.
The appointment supports TransAct's focus on growth acceleration and expansion of its BOHA! platform and casino gaming solutions. The software-driven offerings help customers improve safety and operational efficiency while meeting regulatory standards through data-driven insights and automation.

Before joining TransAct, Loof worked as an independent consultant providing chief marketing officer services and served as chief marketing officer at Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVLV). She previously held senior marketing roles at Palo Alto Networks, Symantec Corporation, and Oracle.
TransAct develops software-driven technology and integrated printing solutions for food service, casino and gaming, and POS automation markets. The company has sold over 4 million printers, terminals, and hardware devices globally under brands including BOHA!, AccuDate, EPICENTRAL, Epic, and Ithaca.
