Title Resources Group names Robert Greenbaum as executive VP

Title Resources Group (TRG), a title insurance underwriter based in Irving, Texas, has appointed Robert Greenbaum as Executive Vice President, according to a company press release. In the role, Greenbaum will lead TRG's customer experience efforts.

Greenbaum brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, business strategy and communications, with a background in the real estate, mortgage and financial services industries.

He most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for AAFMAA Mortgage Services. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Folio Investing, Fannie Mae, Mr. Cooper and NationsCredit, covering marketing, communications, customer acquisition, business development, branding, digital strategy, training and sales.

TRG Chief Executive Officer Kevin Wall said in the statement: "His strategic perspective and customer-focused approach will help us deepen relationships, better understand and respond to customer needs, and deliver greater value across the customer experience."

Greenbaum holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
