Thunderbird receives amended court order postponing arrangement hearing
Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV: TBRD, OTCQX: THBRF) received an amended order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia postponing the final hearing date for its proposed arrangement with Blue Ant Media Corporation (TSX: BAMI).
The court rescheduled the final order hearing from January 14, 2026 to January 26, 2026. The amended order also extends the deadline for shareholders or interested parties to file responses to the petition from January 6, 2026 to January 19, 2026.
The Vancouver-based entertainment company previously announced on December 30, 2025 that it had postponed the special meeting of shareholders to vote on the proposed plan of arrangement involving Blue Ant Media Corporation.
The arrangement requires court approval, shareholder approval, and other closing conditions to be completed. Thunderbird operates as a multiplatform production, distribution and rights management company with operations in Vancouver and Los Angeles.
