Thryv Holdings (Nasdaq: THRY) and Wix.com (Nasdaq: WIX) announced plans to form a strategic partnership aimed at delivering integrated technology solutions to service-based small and medium businesses (SMBs) in North America and globally.
The agreement is intended to combine Thryv's marketing platform with Wix's website and commerce solutions, offering SMBs a unified set of tools covering payments, bookings, marketing, and digital presence.
Thryv currently serves approximately 100,000 active SaaS customers and operates a direct sales force with experience across service-business verticals. Wix maintains a platform used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide and provides payments infrastructure targeted at service-focused SMBs.
"We are thrilled to partner with Wix to provide every service-based small business a complete AI-powered technology foundation — together we provide payments, commerce, bookings, marketing leads and more, without having to stitch together a dozen different tools," said Joe Walsh, Thryv Chairman and CEO.
The companies stated they expect the partnership to expand the range of tools available to the SMB market, though no financial terms or a completion timeline were disclosed. The announcement was based on a press release issued by Thryv.
