ThreeD Capital raises $360,000 through private placement of 6M units
ThreeD Capital Inc. (CSE: IDK, OTCQX: IDKFF) completed a private placement financing that raised $360,000 through the issuance of 6 million units at $0.06 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional common shares at $0.15 per share within 60 months of issuance. The company did not pay commissions or finder's fees for the transaction, and no company insiders participated in the placement.
The securities issued are subject to a hold period that expires January 24, 2026. ThreeD Capital plans to use the proceeds for general working capital and investment purchases.
The Toronto-based venture capital firm focuses on investments in junior resources and disruptive technology companies. ThreeD Capital trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTCQX market.
