ThreeD Capital congratulates HyperCycle on $1.1 billion joint venture
ThreeD Capital Inc. (CSE: IDK) (OTCQX: IDKFF) announced it congratulated HyperCycle on establishing a $1.1 billion joint venture with South Korean investors led by Addeep Inc.
The joint venture includes a $250 million cash investment and an in-kind contribution valued at $850 million from HyperCycle's 170,000 node factories. The partnership aims to establish Seoul as a hub for IoAI development.
ThreeD Capital, a Toronto-based venture capital firm, holds investments in HyperCycle's ecosystem, including digital tokens, nodes, node factories, and ANFEs. The company focuses on investments in junior resources and disruptive technology sectors.
