The Only Agency (TOA), a talent management firm representing stylists and creative professionals, has appointed Nate Yohannes and Christy Haubegger to its Board of Directors, according to a company statement.

Haubegger previously served as Executive Vice President of Communications at WarnerMedia, overseeing corporate communications for properties including Warner Bros., HBO, and CNN. Before that, she spent 15 years at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and founded Latina magazine. She has held board positions at Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) and Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings (NASDAQ: LTRPA).

Yohannes currently serves as President of AI and Data Innovation at Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA). He previously held product leadership roles at Meta, including leading the AdsLLaMA generative AI advertising product, and served as Director of AI Product and Strategy in Microsoft's Office of the Chief Technology Officer. Earlier in his career, he was appointed by President Obama as Senior Advisor to the Chief Investment and Innovation Officer at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he led strategy for a $36 billion private equity fund-of-funds and a $4 billion innovation seed fund.

TOA founder and CEO Kent Belden cited the agency's partnership with Presidio Investors, which invested in the company in late 2024, as enabling its current expansion phase. The agency has said it is targeting growth in sports, entertainment, bridal, interior design, and international markets, including the Gulf Cooperation Council region and Saudi Arabia.

The company also recently acquired Daily Front Row and launched several new divisions. TOA represents creative talent including stylists and creative directors who work across fashion weeks, award ceremonies, and brand campaigns.
