Tevogen CEO outlines AI expansion and funding in stockholder letter

Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TVGN) released a letter to stockholders from CEO Ryan Saadi outlining the company's expansion into artificial intelligence and current financial position.
The Warren, New Jersey-based biotechnology company has launched its AI-driven PredicTcell platform and established partnerships with Microsoft and Databricks. Saadi stated the company has filed recent patents for AI-driven predictive modeling technology.
According to the letter, Tevogen maintains 74% insider equity ownership and has access to funding needed to execute its growth strategy, including accelerated development of its AI division, Tevogen.AI. The company has completed a proof-of-concept clinical trial for its ExacTcell platform and is establishing a GMP cell manufacturing facility.
Saadi wrote that the company has "validated our proprietary ExacTcell platform, completed successful proof-of-concept clinical trial of the platforms first product, established drug discovery R&D center" and "built a robust intellectual property portfolio" in under five years of operation.
The company reported recent developments including signing a letter of intent for an in-house cell therapy manufacturing facility and opening new headquarters funded by the CEO to centralize research and AI teams.
Tevogen focuses on developing cell-based therapies for infectious diseases and cancer, with stated goals of patient affordability and cost efficiency in treatment delivery.
