TeamViewer DEX platform receives FedRAMP "in process" designation

June 9, 2026 8:00 AM EDT

TeamViewer (Frankfurt: TMV) announced its Digital Employee Experience platform has achieved FedRAMP "In Process" designation and is now listed in the FedRAMP marketplace for U.S. federal government cloud services.

The designation confirms TeamViewer completed a Third-Party Assessment Organization security assessment and review by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, its sponsoring agency. The company worked with partners Project Hosts for infrastructure and continuous monitoring capabilities, and RapidFort for container hardening and FIPS 140-3 requirements.

"Being listed in the FedRAMP Marketplace with 'In Process' designation reflects the significant progress we have made in aligning our technology and processes with the stringent security standards required by the U.S. federal government," said Mei Dent, Chief Product and Technology Officer at TeamViewer.

The DEX platform provides IT teams with real-time visibility into endpoint performance, automated remediation capabilities, and insights for digital employee experience management across distributed environments. The FedRAMP designation allows TeamViewer to offer these services to federal agencies and partners with high security and compliance requirements.

TeamViewer, headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, employs approximately 1,900 people globally. The company reported revenue of around EUR 768 million in 2025. TeamViewer SE is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and belongs to the SDAX index.
