TOYO names Yasunari Harada as CFO and director

TOYO Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: TOYO) (OTC: TOYWF) appointed Yasunari Harada as Chief Financial Officer and director, effective July 1, 2026, replacing Taewoo "Raymond" Chung, who resigned from both roles on June 30, 2026, according to a press release from the Tokyo-based solar manufacturing company.
Harada brings more than 30 years of experience in senior roles at international financial institutions. His career includes positions as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Securities, Executive Director at BNP Paribas Securities, and Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions at Société Générale Securities in Tokyo. He began his career at The Industrial Bank of Japan. He has also served on the boards of financial institutions in Asia and Central Asia, including Kyrgyzkommertsbank, Solid Bank, and Khan Bank. Harada holds a bachelor of law degree from Kyushu University and is fluent in Japanese and English.
