TCTM Kids IT Education changes name to VisionSys AI

TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. (NASDAQ: VSA) announced it has changed its corporate name to VisionSys AI Inc. after receiving the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name from the Registry of Companies in the Cayman Islands on September 10, 2025.

The name change will become effective on the Nasdaq Capital Market on September 19, 2025. The company's American Depositary Shares will continue trading under the symbol "VSA" and the CUSIP number will remain unchanged.

According to the company's press release, VisionSys AI describes itself as an emerging technology services company that specializes in brain machine interaction businesses using core algorithms and related software and hardware systems. The company states it focuses on AI-powered healthcare and biotech solutions.

The Beijing-based company made the announcement on September 15, 2025. No financial details or business strategy changes were disclosed in connection with the corporate name change.
