TCS and Box form partnership for content management services

Tata Consultancy Services (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) and Box Inc. (NYSE: BOX) announced a strategic partnership to deliver content management services to joint customers globally. The collaboration combines TCS's consulting services with Box's content management platform.
The partnership targets enterprises across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and government sectors. TCS, which has more than 600,000 consultants globally, will integrate Box's platform into its digital transformation services.
"By partnering with Box, we will deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions leveraging the SaaS-based Intelligent Content Management platform and address complex business challenges to unlock new growth opportunities for joint customers worldwide," said Pradeep Kamalanabhan, Global Head of Enterprise Content Management Practice at TCS.
Box's platform is used by 64 percent of Fortune 500 companies for content management, according to the company. The platform includes features for document workflow automation, metadata extraction, and regulatory compliance tools.
"At Box, we're focused on helping organizations tap into the value of their unstructured content with AI-powered tools that bring structure, insight, and action to their most critical data," said Olivia Nottebohm, Chief Operating Officer of Box.
The partnership will offer industry-specific applications including workflow automation for financial services, HIPAA and GDPR compliance tools for healthcare providers, business integrations for manufacturers, AI-powered document creation for retailers, and security features for government agencies.
TCS reported consolidated revenues of more than $30 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Box, founded in 2005, is headquartered in Redwood City, California.
