Surf Air Mobility Inc. (NYSE: SRFM) has signed a definitive agreement with Clipper Aviation to deploy its OperatorOS flight operations software, marking the company's fourth commercial contract for the platform, according to a press release.

Under the agreement, Surf Air Mobility will earn a percentage of revenue from all Clipper Aviation flights managed through OperatorOS. Clipper currently operates four aircraft and will use the software for aircraft and crew scheduling, flight management, and reporting. The deal contributes toward Surf Air Mobility's stated goal of having five operators live on OperatorOS by the end of 2026.

OperatorOS is built on technology from Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) and is designed for Part 135 operators. The Federal Aviation Administration has approved it as an authorized system of record for electronic signatures and recordkeeping. Surf Air Mobility has used the software internally to run its Southern Airways and Mokulele Airlines operations since 2025.

Barrett Brown, President of SurfOS for Surf Air Mobility, said the addition of Clipper improves how the platform connects supply and demand, noting that "every new aircraft that is added gives our broker network more inventory to choose from."

Charles Raffini, President of Clipper Aviation, said OperatorOS is "a platform built for growth," adding that the company aims to automate and streamline its day-to-day operations.

Surf Air Mobility is headquartered in Los Angeles and also operates commuter airline and private charter services.
