Stran promotes Jack Audibert to chief strategy and compliance officer
Stran & Company Inc. (NASDAQ: SWAG) announced that its board of directors appointed Jack Audibert to the dual roles of Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Audibert previously served as Vice President of Growth and Strategic Initiatives since joining the promotional products company in 2020.
In his expanded role, Audibert will oversee corporate planning, evaluate growth opportunities, and guide strategic framework development as CSO. As CCO, he will manage regulatory and compliance functions, which the company said have become more critical following its acquisition of Gander Group and the resulting casino-related licensing and regulatory requirements.
"Jack has been an invaluable member of our senior management team for many years," said Andy Shape, Chief Executive Officer of Stran. "His leadership has supported the Company through multiple phases of expansion, from our earlier development efforts through to our IPO and subsequent growth as a public company."
Shape noted that Audibert played a role in the company's merger and acquisition strategy, including the acquisition and integration of six companies. The CEO said Audibert's strategic discipline and operational insight have been instrumental in advancing the company's objectives in the promotional products industry.

Stran provides outsourced marketing solutions and specializes in promotional products and loyalty incentive programs for corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies. The Quincy, Massachusetts-based company has operated in the promotional products industry for over 30 years.
