Stord, an Atlanta-based fulfillment and commerce technology company, has secured a $400 million credit facility led by Citi, with participation from Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, First Citizens, Citizens, and KeyBank, according to a press release. The facility was oversubscribed at nearly double the company's original target.
The financing follows Stord's $250 million Series F round at a $3 billion valuation earlier in 2026, bringing the company's total equity and credit capacity secured in 2026 to $650 million. Stord said the funds will be used to expand its fulfillment network, accelerate robotics deployment, and invest in artificial intelligence through its Stord Labs division.
The company said it is approaching $1 billion in annual revenue run-rate and has grown tenfold over the past four years.
Alongside the financing, Stord announced two executive appointments. Bill Zerella joins as Chief Financial Officer. Zerella previously served as CFO at ACV Auctions (NYSE: ACVA) and held the same role at Fitbit during its 2015 IPO, during which the company grew from roughly $300 million to more than $2 billion in revenue. Mark Wayland joins as Chief Revenue Officer, having most recently held that title at Box (NYSE: BOX). Before Box, Wayland served as Chief Revenue Officer at Tanium and spent more than a decade at Salesforce, where he rose to Senior Vice President of the Marketing Cloud.
"This facility, combined with our $250 million Series F, gives us the balance sheet to match the scale, potential, and impact of what we're building," said Sean Henry, CEO and Co-Founder of Stord.
Stord said it operates nearly 100 fulfillment locations worldwide and serves more than 1,000 brands, processing over $15 billion in gross merchandise value annually.
